Mario Palacios est accusé par la justice américaine d’avoir participé au « complot visant à séquestrer ou assassiner » le président Jovenel Moïse. « Il va plaider non coupable », a indiqué son avocat Alfredo Izaguirre devant le tribunal de Miami où est jugée l’affaire.
Mr. Izaguirre was quoted in three separate articles (1,2,3) by The Sun Sentinel in defense of a client who was accused of participating as a getaway driver in a gold heist.
Mr. Izaguirre was recently quoted by the Miami Herald in defense of a client who was arrested by the FBI in relation to an alleged cargo heist.
Mr. Izaguirre was quoted by the Venezuelan newspaper El Nacional explaining the criminal process for the case of the nephews of the Venezuelan President who were arrested in Haiti for drug trafficking and extradited to the United States.
